Personally, I initially started to use the format as I just wanted to be different. I didn't create the format, and I honestly encourage people to use it. Though those people didn't have an ill intent, it's not something to take action upon. Some people had DMd me about others using the format and kinda saying how I should take action. So seeing it being used more frequently than before is a great sign. It's really nice to see that this format is becoming more and more popular, I remember when I first started using this format (just over a year ago), a lot of people criticised it and wasn't as accepted. I'd also like to address a few things: Infographics/ image theories I think that's enough, but honestly there's 100s of comments like this I've managed to turn many "haters" or people who disagreed into avid supporters and have gone from one of the most hated to one of the most loved theorists Fast forward to March/ April this year (when I got a hold of the Tales books that had released at the time) I started to understand the lore even better and had a substantial growth in the community. But then I got a hold of the FF books and just started to understand the lore better, then I started to get some people who agreed with me. I clearly remember when I first joined this sub 2 years ago, hardly anyone liked my theories (and looking back at them, I can see why lmao) and I nearly, just nearly, gave up on theorising. ![]() Which is why I'm making this post, as a way to thank my followers and the people who have supported me. I'll still comment here and there, but won't be as active as I am now and definitely won't be able to post much, if anything at all. So my new schedule won't allow me to have enough time to make theories on FNAF, but that doesn't mean that I can't interact with the community. ![]() This alone wouldn't be a big deal as I did the same last year, but I've now also got a job that I'm starting once I come back from my holiday meaning that I have some actual work to do lol. I'll mostly be inactive during the holiday. Essentially, I'm going on holiday for around a month (you can follow me on insta to see where I'm going and what I'm doing), by the time this has been posted I've literally got under 24h until I board the plane (last-min packing is always loong). No, I'm not literally abandoning the community lol, just sort of "retiring". Yeah it's not really FNAF related but I just wanted to make a post dedicated to thanking the people who have helped me in my theorist journey: Just a lil' side note, this post has Fez's (the owner) blessings.

![]() I'm just going to re-install Windows 8 again I tried everything. Clicking once will minimize all opened apps. When not visible after some time and inactivity of the harddisk, you can click in the bottom right corner next to the clock. On some Windows 8 installs I've seen that Traktor Pro starts, flashes the screen a few times and than minimizes untill fully started. It’s free to use with or without compatible hardware. When there's still a massive delay in startup, uncheck Import Music-folders at Startup in the File Management in Settings. Just going “Hey press xxx on menu yyy to do that.” I’m sure some of these problems would vanish with somebody over my shoulder What a frustratingly long session of pain. Nothing works like a tape recorder should.įor a while I couldn’t even get Ardour to start up, because I couldn’t load an already started project. I press the rewind button, but the red vertical line refuses to return to the beginning of the recording (presumabley 00.00). Later I found it on another screen: it had detached itself completely from the window and put itself somewhere invisible. Made the whole bar vanish like Firefox toolbar, only there is no option in the “View” menu to turn it back on again. I can’t even manage to turn a metronome on/off, or rather off, or even adjust its volume.Įverytime I do something that would seem reasonable, bam! something unexpected and ridiculous happens.Ĭlicking somewhere on the menu of buttons along the top (transport buttons), I turn up all the faders and can’t get squat into the master track.įrom the symptoms this has to be some misunderstanding or user error,īut all the menus are like Egyptian hieroglyphs. I press “solo” but don’t get solo tracks. I know the monitors are working, again because I can patch directly to them from System inputs or Hydrogen and hear drums or guitar. Nor can I get the sound to play through into the System Output (my external monitor amp and speakers). ![]() Yet there is no button or combination of same to make the master vu meter light up and monitor sound, I have made connectons from each track output to the master inputs. Nonetheless, the Ardour interface is totally bewildering, when I can’t get expected results. I have used basic mixing boards for some 30 years, from Soundcraft to Neve consoles, and even a few digital mixers. I know its there at the track inputs even when the vu meters don’t show it, because I can use Meterbridge to look at the signal. I know the signal is there, because I can patch it directly to System Outputs anytime. I can sometimes see the input signal in vu meters for each input track,Īnd sometimes I can see it in the master track (for instance when recording sometimes). I have input going into A/D converter card (m-audio 24/96 PCI, i.e., guitar and vocals). ![]() The presence of visible damage to the GFCI outlet that exposes bare wire is a sure sign that it needs replacement.Ī circuit breaker on your electrical panel that trips constantly because of a GFI plug could also be a sure indicator that it needs to be replaced.
